Becky Roberts is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and Balanced Scorecard expert. She is president of Catoctin Consulting, LLC and International Leadership Consulting, LLC. Becky uses facilitation and creative participatory processes to help government and nonprofit clients define their business objectives, measure their performance against their objectives, and implement the change necessary to reach their goals. In 2013, she was awarded the Gold Facilitation Impact Award by the International Association of Facilitators for work that made a measurable difference for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
She is certified in DISCStyles and the Core Capacity Assessment Tool and is an Emergenetics Associate. Becky is a member of the National Certification Committee of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) where she serves as the Certification Panel Chair for the eastern half of the United States, was a founding board member of the Mid Atlantic Facilitators Network, and is a member of the International Association of Facilitators, the Project Management Institute, and IMC.
